Through the lens of art and design and guided by its core concept of "design hacking", it deconstructs and rebuilds traditional elements of drinks, dishes, products, and experiences by blending design and hospitality to push creative boundaries and deliver unexpected experiences.

The Concept
Double Chicken Please offers dual concepts and guest experiences in one space. The contemporary FREE RANGE engages visitors through a transportive menu rooted in storytelling, serving cocktails inspired by classic cartoons alongside a diverse array of shareable dishes.The Coop is adorned with mid-century decor and offers an extensive selection of craft cocktails inspired by the innovative approach of hacking design, which deconstructs the flavors from culinary dishes and rebuilds them into cocktails.
The Other Chicken
Established by Turkie Tsai and Eye Chen,"The Other Chicken" serves as the in-house design team. With the duo’s professional industrial design backgrounds and iF DesignAwards, Double Chicken Please is driven to showcase the F&B industry as a new realm of possibilities through the approach of art.
Chicken & Beyond
Through collaboration with Chef Mark Chou from Le Bernardin and Eleven Madison Park, Double Chicken Please has infused the food with technical expertise and imaginative flair. Upon opening, Chef Mark elevated the cocktail experience by introducing the now-famous Taiwanese-inspired fried chicken sandwiches to the menu, playing a pivotal role in shaping Double Chicken Please.
